Does anybody have a very dumbed-down FAQ for users who are completely unfamiliar with forums? I have a thread that teaches users how to create a thread or reply to a post in order to ask their questions, and I even included an instructional video tutorial... but I'd like to know if a more extensive (but still very basic) guide exists and includes instructions related to attachments, profile features, etc. Anybody know of one? How do you accommodate the members who don't know how to use a forum whatsoever?
