By this I mean, have you ever had a disloyal staff member? By disloyal, they go on communities that you're competing against, and also work for them, help them rise, and things like that. Do you keep disloyal staff members around, or do you give them the boot once you see things like this happening? Personally, I haven't had any problems with disloyal staff members. Some of my staff worked for our competitors, but in the end they came back to us. What about you?
I bounce 'em out. It's a breach of trust and that's all I need to know. Other than that, I don't ask for moderator exclusivity nor expect it though I'd sure like to know about a potential conflict of interest.
