Most people nowadays aren't hand-coding and hand-designing their websites anymore. That was so 2003. Nowadays services such as Wordpress and Joomla have taken over, and simply buying/creating a template and installing it is all you have to do to get a website up and running. This means, the number of websites coded by hand with CSS is quickly disappearing and soon it might be a very rare sight. What do you think? 8-|
