I am using the CSS from the last 5 years and I think it all depends upon the visualize and learning of the person. If you are not visualizing your design properly then CSS is not the problem.
It's going to be hard if you are perhaps a beginer but once you're into it, it's pretty simple to learn!
if you take the time to learn it and use it often, you shouldn't find it hard. But it does depend on the person.
everything is about learning. I believe once we spent enough time on it, we can master it. but my head is just slow on this kind of things. it gets on my nerve sometimes so I decided not to learn it. not very very urgent, either way. ^^"
It takes a little while to learn it and how it all works, but one you get used to it. It's not that hard. It's really good .
It's not that hard. It shouldn't take more then 2-3 weeks to learn basic CSS. Then you can try and actually build your first Brochure website using html and css
