Do you want to have it done by a professional? Then you should think about other payment options. Developers who would geht this done and know how much work it is to code a style for a vbulletin (and yes it IS a lot of work ) want to get a little more than just a gfx offering (which most of them can do by themselves anyway) its just a matter of compensating the time which the project consumes for the dev.
