Hiya... Diesel, never got that follow-up response over a week ago in your mail? Odd! The gist of it is that the announcements forum is for announcements from the Admin/Upper Management only.. Anyone can 'reply' here, but cannot create new announcements. Since announcements would even need to be cleared with me anyways, if you all had access it wouldn't make much sense. Noone else has been able to create topics in Announcements for as long as their has been an Announcements to not post in. .
