The forum look and feel is GREAT! Good job on that part... However, you seem to have a lot of boards When I first started forums, I also did this, made a forum with a lot of boards and it had a negative impact because I wanted the BB to be active and keeping ALL of those sections active on a new forum was just not working out. I think starting off with less boards is a better approach and then you can consider adding more when the forum gets more active and its in demand then it wont be as overwhelming to keep every section active Also, the Donate button (at least to me) seems a bit intruding. I think a post would better fit the community at least until you get bigger because right now, it seems like the forum is desperate for cash. Please don't take offense to that, I am just reflecting what I see
