Busiest Times For Hosts?

Whoever may work, or have experience within the hosting industry may already know the answer, but for those who are not, when you do think the busiest time for hosts are?

 

Know idea... A clue maybe? Holidays?

 

Nothing to do with holidays really, more something internally within the host that could go wrong

 

Alright what is it? I have no idea lol.

 

When the server crashes, as an old friend said: "Maybe I should Crash The Server To Get Some Activity Going" lol

When the PH server went down for 20+ hours, we had triple the amount of live help requests & tickets come in than what we usually would receive on a busy day.

 

lol, yea that would be the busiest time. Sounds very frustrating as well.

 

yes it was, and during that time, we were only manned by 2 people (Myself & Cody) as he took over from me at 3am, and then I took over from him at 8am

 

Server Crashing - The nightmare of every host.

 

busiest as far as support when ever the server goes down, busy as far as sales, whenever you have a good promotion and/or around holidays or specail times such as the begging of summer.
