Hi i was looking at the portal and I noticed this about irish Maybe we should have them deleted to make it fair for the person who actually has the most posts who ISN'T banned? :nod:
We've always been a community that values quality over quantity anyway, so sheer post count doesn't mean much. But as a technical issue, it's interesting that's showing up on the portal, since it's absent from the member list. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. I'll make sure Alien takes a look into this.
Thanks for the report guys... Yeah, that's the way the portal software actually coded it. However, what they should have done was elect to ask whether or not certain usergroups (such as banned) are included in that total... I wonder if the new 3.0 (which we're installing shortly that just came out) gets rid of this.. If not, I'll see if I can edit the line myself to exclude the group.. Or I'll just get rid of it altogether, as I don't really think it does anything for the site...
Speaking of the portal, I can't see it with my merged account. When I click on it, I get the following message: GoingNova, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons: Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system? If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
