According to the User CP, the maximum avatar size is 75x75 or 5k (whichever is smaller), so here's that image at 75x71 (kept the aspect ratio) and, I believe, 4.7k. I reduced it to 128 colors to keep it under 5k, but I think it still looks acceptable... if you don't think so, then you may need to make it a little smaller to fit the 5k maximum.
