Alternative Staff Titles

Currently I just have the regular staff titles and an extra one called "Senior Moderator". Difference between a Super Moderator and Senior Moderator is that the Senior can access a few options in the admin cp. It's basically a co-admin usergroup but I have named "Senior Moderator" for the time being.
