Affiliate programs

Who has used affiliates that are really working since there is a lot out there and some people are being scammed and screwed over, like for instance with Commission Junction...you have to apply and most of the time i seen that you can be denied just for trying and that is really crap, but i would like everyone to throw all the ones that seem to be generating the most money for them..that way we can help them out more and then in return they can help us out.
