505 Errors

    I am using a new forum on Ubuntu with Apache/2.2.22 and the members are claiming they are seeing a 505 error, but I am having a problem determining where to look. Others say they are seeing an Internal Server error. This is first one I've done like this so I can use a lot of help. I'm looking at the source code and it all looks fine.
