I'll think about it, but tutorial for what? If its for making art work and graphics then that could go in the 'Graphics' section and if a tutorial on have to do a certain thing on a computer, i.e install something, then that can do in the 'Computers & Laptops' section or in the 'Anything Else' section in 'Other Technologies'.
