I have no idea where this thread should go, but does anyone have any insight what that IP address is? Is it a bad IP?

Seems like some sort of crawler to me.

 

It was the default IP to apply to a miserable users hack at vborg. It seems that there is no downside to keeping that IP in the miserable users group so far.

 

169.254 is an ip address the computer gives itself when it can not connect to a DHCP server. Its not a valid IP address.
