11 y/o stalker

I have a member on my forums who is 11, he makes good posts, but I feel like he's stalking me... It's odd, he joins up at every new site I'm at and spams them to other sites. He quoted how to advertise to me:

I'm worried that this will hurt my sites reputation, what do I do?

Before anyone mentions COPPA, I'm a non US citizen and don't comply.

 

It sounds to me that this person wouldn't care if you did use COPPA.

 

Regarding his method, don't do that. It will hurt your reputation.

Regarding him, well, I dunno what to do about that.

 

wow, now thats a bit creepy.......but he is only a kid, maybe he doesnt understand, or is trying to help. explain to him that he shouldnt follow you around, and that that sort of advertising doesnt work

his suggestion would ruin your sites reputation

 

yea...hes prolly just trying to feel "adult" and help you out. Just tell him the above, but put itin a cool way that an 11 year old will understand.

 

We have tried everything with this guy, we've tried the diplomatic way, I've explained to him why it is wrong, and I get answers like "Meh" or something.

My Moderators have tried the infractions route which makes him just go insane at the moderator, he s desperately trying to become staff, we've blatantly said no, sugar coated, you name it we tried it.

I don't understand the guy, yet he makes legitimate posts and the site is still quite new so I don't want to lose him, by banning him.. what would you do?

 

Ban him, that's what I would do.

 

yep, ban him-even if your forum is new, you can get more members

 

The fact my forum was new (literally less than 20 members) didn't stop me from banning two trolls at once, indefinitely. And three others for two weeks.
