I'd try to let people know I'll be away and encourage the mods to be more active. And of course, I try to create many threads before I leave.
I do if they are VERY similar. If they are slightly off and the other one is pretty outdated, then I just leave the new thread alone.

Yea those sites usually are terribly inaccurate. I get 6k USD with mine.
I improvise to my likings and then sometimes ask my members for suggestions. :D
I've tried some of those offer sites but most offers had "hidden" fees + I tried swagbucks but didn't find it worthwhile.
