What is one important skill every person should have?

What good skills do you have?

 

Typing. Probably the best decision I made in high school was to take a typing class, rather than a home economics class.

 

I agree, typing is essential these days.

 

I think they should provide more education about personal finance in schools. There is still a lot of calculs and trigonometry that I learned but I'll never find any use for.

 

Adapting to changes.

In my opinion that's the most important. Big changes in life no matter if they are good or bad (win the lottery or lose a family member) have driven people insane. Tolerating changes calmly and wisely is the highest quality for me.

It would be great if all people had the skill of caring about others.
