Reminds me of another troll twins from vb.com that patrols around several admin forums. Wonder what would happen if the four of them are put together under the same bridge.

Heavens above. Who could this dastardly duo be! Could it be someone who has the courage to stand up to the VB staff dictators? The same dictators whose only satisfaction in life is being able to use their mod buttons to make them feel important and make them happy, by feeding their own inflated egos?

Zounds I do believe the plot thickens. :evillaugh:

After reading this thread some would have a hard time believing that several of the posters are out of their teen years and purport to be grown adults with professional careers.

I understand how people would think I have not done "anything" in 4 years. But just because you can not see it, or have not heard of it, doesn't mean we have not or it has not happened. Private companies do not share this type of information with their clients. So none of you would know.

Various negotiations happened and Juan did not meet his part. Proof needed to be gathered and money too. Also remember, Juan is my brother. So MANY emails, phone calls, letters, and various lawyers meetings happened during these past years. Not to mention that whole thing with Topify that is currently happening in the background and I am not allowed to talk about it.

The decision of sharing this with the community was an "unconventional" one for many. I decided to use this community to share our problem (an issue that affects over 20 thousand people) within the vBulletin community. But as an administrator of communities and company cultures I believe there is power in the opinions of people. Isn't that why Social Media was such a natural transition from forums? We (forums) were talking/managing/creating social media before this was even a term. I am criticized for using it in the community's favor?

This company thrived in its time. vBulletin always had issues. The downfall of vBSEO was not due to vBulletin. It was due to greed. I have proof.

It was the complaints and the disrespectful treatment of clients, plus selling licenses and not informing the community with a proper announcement or notification of the changes in operations and licensing, that made me step in. No one else could do this, unless a class action suit was organized, like someone mentioned in this thread. I could not turn back time. But at least, I was able to stop further sales. And that, to me, was a small victory.

Regarding the comment of me bringing this up for fame...that is the funniest thing I have read so far. Who in their right mind would want to look like an loser in public. I didn't even fix the lighting on the crappy video I made in my kitchen.

In this case, vbseo and its community had lost everything already by the way the company and the clients were being treated, disrespected and taken advantage of. I decided to step in and get the heat. Whatever that may be, in good faith.

Juan was given the opportunity to manage the company for a few years. If he was not successful he was supposed to hand it back to me. To be sincere, I did not expect this to happen (him not handing it back to me). I now know why he didn't and it all has to do with greed and jealousy. Maybe after all this is sorted out I can share more things.

We now have the evidence we need to build our case. Now it is in the hands of the courts and God.

Good Luck in the case Ilia , i just hope both you and Juan will not be harmed and the remaining vBSEo customers will benefit from the outcome.

But i think none of the involved parts will benefit from the court case.

Will you be sharing information about the court case so we can follow what's going on ?

How is this an update? It's just a rehash of the same rhetoric we've been hearing for 4 years.
