I don't think they would. At least I don't think they'd be that stupid to do something like that. If they did then all hell would break loose and IB bashing would hit an all time high.

I was thinking the same thing but did not go further on it, would be awesome to do just that and report every little issue or short coming in there own backyard.

Would be funny if that where not the case if a site gets big then they can take it over without any payment.

Well we are talking about IB/VB. Past evidence suggests that this is exactly what they would do.

You are showing so much excitement for a product who's limitations outweigh the advantages (hardly any).

Why am I getting Déjà vu about VB support staff posting propaganda about a new product to vainly try to save their jobs.
It reminds me of the BS that they posted about VB5.

A statement like this only shows your ignorance of the market. The target demo for vBCloud are pleased with its features. Yes, we're still working on the VB5 bugs but there is serious potential for this cloud thing to work out.

It would seem that you have hit the nail on the head. It will be interesting to see how the VB staff "promote" this latest money making scheme.

There are many comments like this one posted on TAZ.
Clearly showing that people are NOT pleased with its features.

Yet the BS from VB staff continues unabated. Will they EVER learn!

You're right. Cloud has the potential to solve a lot of solutions... in the right and capable hands. Internet Brands has and consistently has shown it is incapable of being a competent software vendor, let along a competent solutions provider.

Internet Brands simply isn't good at anything.

    Two problems with this post.

    1. Saying a possible customer (yes, anyone could be your customer at any point) has any ignorance of anything. You simply shouldn't say people are ignorant, especially as a staff member of the company you are working for and obviously representing here with this thread.

    2. Calling your brand new service "this cloud thing". It is not very professional.

And, in your opinion, what potential could there be in "this cloud thing"?
