Anyone uses Mandrill to send emails?

    Anyone uses Mandrill to send emails? Or any other suggestion?

    I think Mandrill is built into the bulk-mailing feature of IPB and it seems to work pretty well for me.

    You send all your forum emails with Mandrill???

    We do and send all mail via them currently (vbulletin 4 based)
    There is a gotcha with from fields and the contact us form but I just coded a plugin to fix it.

    We moved to SMTP.com and haven't looked back. Its nice to have a dedicated support person to help you make sure your emails are delivered.

    Had never heard of them before (but a pretty obvious domain lol)
    They seem a bit pricier then mandrill especially for dedicated ip but if your sending a lot of volume it will be fine.
