Laposte.Net Spam

Over the past like month or so I have noticed an increase of spam registrations coming from the same email @Laposte.net

Has anyone ever had spammers register with that email?

 

It seems to be from a scammer using a French cell phone company. It could be a good idea to ban his IP.
If you can give me his/her IP I will do some further checking.

I've never noticed them.. we automatically delete most spam though so I never see a thing unless I check the logs.

 

I haven't noticed any spam from them myself.

 

I was going to say Brandon that might be because you use XF and I use IPB, but i see CM30 uses IPB as well, so ehh....*shrug*

It is quite annoying but thankfully, my staff is usually on top of it

 

The ips usually come from various different ips, never the same.

 

Thanks for the info Micah. I'll ban that email domain from registrations.

 

@Micah how do I ban laposte.net from registrations exactly? They are quite active signing up at my site and I believe they got my email address and are using it. I changed the password last night but would like to ban the entire laposte.net from registering on my site. Any suggestions?
