    Its a valid point. Since you and your wife insist you are part owners of the company, then I would think you are just as liable and people could sue you if they are unhappy with vbseo.

    So what happened to this, nothing? Why not file a suite and get this done with legally. Instead of going no where. You can either split the share and for one to continue managing Vbseo or for Ilia to buy her brother half share, why not do it and move on, either way works.
