Are you getting them from all replies, if so you may be "watching the thread"? You can unwatch it if so, otherwise you should only get notifications if your tags in a reply.

 

So what happened to this, nothing? Why not file a suite and get this done with legally. Instead of going no where. You can either split the share and for one to continue managing Vbseo or for Ilia to buy her brother half share, why not do it and move on, either way works.
