Gee, I thought you and Ilia were going to fight the good fight, you know, for the good of the customers you two care so much about.

How come nothing has happened on that front?

Maybe we'll follow the game plan of your friends in Chicago, and you'll have to find out about what we've been up to after the fact.

For the record, as has been quite apparent (I would think), Ilia has to deal with someone who is completely non-cooperative. Hence, the reason any of this ever happened.

You didn't like when we were active about it. You don't like it when you're not hearing from us. And frankly, without a fire hydrant filled with troll bane, I'm not quite sure what's the best method of dealing with you. :)

Or - you have no case. No reason to cooperate with you if you have no legitimate claim. Its been how many years since this all started? 4 years? And still you haven't been to court?

I know if I was a partner in a company, and was inappropriately booted out, I would be at my lawyer and would have them file something immediately. I wouldn't wait years and then run to a forum to whine about it.

Based on the fact that you're whining about something that doesn't even relate to you here, I think you have an unrealistic expectation of your own behavior. :)

Don't worry. You're in good company. Many people idealize what they'd be capable of doing, if they were to find themselves in other people's situations.

Without knowing the complete history, the actions taken, the struggles, the stress; and having no vested interest in the outcome and no true empathy, we tend to write ourselves into some imaginary heroic position where we couldn't possibly make any mistakes.

I could be wrong. Maybe you really do handle your business with the utmost professionalism, easily objectify challenging family conflicts, and call your lawyer immediately... then only complain and antagonize when it's not your own situation.

Nobody [****][****][****][****]ing cares. vBulletin is in the toilet. So is vBSEO.
Everyone else is moving on, or trying to.
Did I mention nobody [****][****][****][****]ing cares?
If I wanted drama I'd go to a forum that caters to it, not one that caters to forum administration.

Then don't post about it here. When you post about it, you invite debate, discussion and criticism.

You call you and Ilia's behavior professional? Did Florida approve medical weed or something?

511 posts so far, indicates to me that some one cares, at least enough to post about it.

It seems to me that Ilia and Joe have had the courage to come here and present their side of things openly.

Where is the promised statement from Juan? As Juan is showing as the ceo etc, then why is he not fixing the problem.

It is up to him of course as to whether he posts here, but his lack of explanations or indeed his lack of the promised statement speaks volumes.

If Ilia/Joe do not have access any more how can they fix things there? Conversely, if Juan has complete control, then why is he giving the appearance of hiding? If he is the full and ONLY owner he can fix things unimpeded.

Obviously there are two sides to this story, but if one side is open and the other is not then what logical conclusion can be made.

Yea, some [****][****][****][****][****][****][****] comes into an admin forum, contributing absolutely nothing of value to the discussion, but only uses the forum to further his own misguided personal agenda. We care alright.

He's a troll. You'd think a forum full of administrators would know that long before 500 posts.

Absolutely. You don't take me as someone not willing to debate, do you? Ha ha.

I'm not trying to run you off. I'm just qualifying you as an antagonist, and reminding you that the situation is more challenging than your idealized ideas about how it should have been handled or how you would have gone about it.

Juan's not going to show up. If you feel the need to argue, I'm going to be the only one here for you to target. Carry on. :)

It clearly has some value to you. It's obviously fulfilling your need to respond, no matter how many times you come in to describe how unnecessary the discussion is. You just keep coming back. Think about it.

Is the way to demonstrate that a discussion has no value and shouldn't continue... to continue participating. How does that work again?

Whether you personally like it or not, this has been a very engaging discussion and debate of interest to the many people who contributed here, and definitely a relevant happening in the forum admin world.

BTW - Many posts back, you actually contributed many insightful comments. No sure why your MO = PO most of the time.

No, you [****][****][****][****]ing idiot. I don't go to someone elses forum to further my own personal agenda.
I use my own forums for that.

But you do use other people's forums to rage, apparently. It makes it really hard for me to give much consideration to your opinion. Way too much vitriol for someone with no real skin in the game.

Up until reading this post I was trying in mind to excuse his abusive uninformed prattling, but I think you nailed it with him just being an antagonist. He jumps into a thread with lots of questions, pretending to show an interest or a knowledge in the discussion only to refuse to answer questions and provoke dissension. I think his purpose is to derail productive discussions.

In your case I think you strive for the opposite of constructive debate, constructive discussion and constructive criticism.
