Orange names.

I have never fully understood the orange name and legendary admin title. So I have assumed it was for members who operated in a support type of roll as possibly techs etc?

If this assumption is correct, then should some members who openly state that they are posting here completely as individuals and NOT in any way as a support type of member still retain the title and colour?

 

I don't think the assumption is correct. Im not support anywhere.

These are just admins I've known over the years and I know they know how to run successful forum so I setup this group for them and it gives them a few more options over the normal user.

Out of curiosity, what are these 'Legendary Admin' extra options?

 

I think it involves free liquor and chocolate cookies as well as access to the communal goat mascot?

 

IIRC in the early days we were Contributors because I believe we helped in the beginning on general-forums.com and also on AT but I think it was changed to Legendary.

• access to the hidden room
• more pm's
• When we had the blogs setup, you all had access to them
• basically whenever I add a new mod, I make sure the orange group has more options

It's ok for the oranges sipping champagne in the admin lounge but what about the workers?

 

It's awesome to see some variety in titles and extra features. Please do tell - are there any other special titles? Or are there any planned, or ongoing? If so - please share, I'm a sucker for fancy titles/name colours

 

This has changed over time as now I think 90% are Red
Red can be considered a strong color, you notice it very fast, and most of the people wearing red are wearing it to impress or show of.
For orange now I have seen a lot of support staff and a lot of packagers .
Packagers are special staff found in promotion forums that post in other forums(They post in exchange for forum cash).
