    this is becoming more of a joke each time you reply ilia.

    everytime you say you're the co-owner it literally make me cringe. You have absolutely no say in this company. You are 100% powerless in every decision that is made and has been made in the last 4 years.

    but that's okay. I've waited long enough for my refund, you're the co-owner. Prepare to be named on the small claims case. Since the other co-owner is AWOL you can deal with this.

    okay, I think I've fixed that and if all else the post should go into moderation.
    It set to disable at 20 post and a member for 2 weeks as it stands now.

    I like things done right and professionally, not half measures.

    I said "formal". It wasn't from management and it was only a reply buried in a single post.

    How long will the company be online to provide support? Will it be for the full year you'll be paying for?

    "Upgrade" should have been "renew".

    Sorry, but you sound like someone who is satisfied with very low standards of response.

    If it's closing down, I expect a new thread announcement. I also expect that if purchasing is disabled it isn't done with small text at the bottom of page 2 of the payment process.

    I don't put a lot of credibility into the words of people who tell me I have absolutely no say, that I'm not an owner, AND that there are going to file a lawsuit against me because I am. That's a logic conflict.

    If I were running the company, your order would be filled successfully or you would receive your refund.

    You're criticizing the company as it is, AND ALSO the person who is trying to correct it from the outside. I'm not sure there is any way to do right by you.

    It is a sad day for me because after all that hard work , it seems finally vBSEO is reaching to an End.

    However i am also glad that finally Juan acknowledged the reality and acted according that.

    Now it is time for us to await the official announcement about it . Though i won't suggest anyone to expect it within next 2-3 days.

    I'm sort of a crazy maniac obsessed with the highest standards and level of detail :)

    This is a temporary workaround. I'm just an employee, waiting for instructions from the management team on how to proceed. At this time I'm just trying to do what I consider the right thing to do.

    This eventually will be clarified.

    Thank you, Andres. I hope that Juan is communicating with you on a responsive basis. Did he request the purchase of vBSEO licenses and other services be disabled?

    Though I'm monitoring the activity, all of which is you right now, I know that this is his responsibility.

    I thank you for continuing and working on public forum responses now despite the uncertain future and attention as we await Juan's communication.

    If you are in contact with him, please remind him that he can respond to my email and we can begin negotiating.

    If you're not feeling supported, I understand. Both myself and lots of former staff can empathize with you.

    I am not someone who is satisfied by "low standards". I would like to see vBSEO continued and expanded as a product. I initially believed that was also your interest. I am now starting to realize you are using this solely to enhance your own "fame" and as an opportunity to slam your brother publicly and include anyone else who doesn't support your goals in the same net (e.g., the attacks on Andres).

    I have no personal interest here other than as a vBSEO customer.

    It's becoming very apparent that you are far less interested in supporting vBSEO than you are in supporting Ilia. That's sad. As much as I think Juan deserves criticism for not paying attention to vBSEO customers, it seems even sadder to me that someone (viz. you) would capitalize on that situation not in the interests of vBSEO customers but solely to further her own personal goals, whatever they might be.

    I have to say I feel very much disappointed in you, despite my initial enthusiasm for what you claimed were your "selfless" goals.

    Sorry DJ, I can't keep up with your flip flopping of opinion either here or at vbseo.com. You lack consistency.

    We're over 300 posts into this thread. My motives have been questioned multiple times.

    What we see now is that, with the support of many members of the community, what I informed everyone when I started here, is now beginning to be slowly be revealed at vbseo.com.

    Things have started to happen in response to bringing this to light. Right now, nobody can buy a copy of vBSEO that may not be fulfilled, for which a refund may not be processed, or for which support may not be provided.

    So now, conspiracy theories about my advanced Photoshop skills can be put to rest for good.

    I don't want vBSEO customers purchasing anything until such time as we know the true status of the company and if it is, as many of us suspect, beyond recovery.

    Show me this alleged flip-flopping, please?

    My position has been clear from the start. So has your stated position. The difference is that I am happy to give credit to steps taken in support of the goal of support for vBSEO customers, whereas for you it is just another opportunity to complain. That makes your stated goal questionable, in my view.

    If your brother has now stopped selling vBSEO to new customers, then I'd suspect an announcement might be coming soon.

    I'll leave it up to the customers at vbseo.com who you frequently attacked for suggesting there was any issue with the company. Your position on things is irrelevant to my progress.

    What I attacked there was rumor mongering. Increasingly, that is what I'm seeing from you and Joe here.

    As we go through each stage, more information is being revealed. Next time, you should try to be more objective.

    You can ask people not to jump to conclusions without being rude about it or pretending to ignore the obvious.

    I'm not expecting any girl scout badges for this approach. However, I do want everyone to look at the very clear information that I have provided.

    A vBSEO customer's position on things is irrelevant to your progress? I guess that tells vBSEO customers what it is you are progressing towards. It certainly isn't their best interests. Stop blowing smoke up our asses.
