Am I the only one?

Am I the only one who always gets new ideas for his site just before hitting the sack? It seems that every time I go to bed and try to fall asleep, I get a creative idea and have to write it down so that I don't forget.

Anyone else with the same curse?

 

If I get some new ideas before hitting the bed. I note them down on my phone so I can post them when I wake up. So, I'm in the same boat as you.

This used to happen to me all the time.

My problem was that I wouldn't take the time to write it down. I would lay there thinking about it, just knowing that it was a great enough idea that I would be able to remember the next day, and sure enough, it'd be gone by the next day. Argh!

 

I am the same way. Almost every day when I think its time to go to bed, I get ideas and simply have to write them down/ start working on them ... and I end up pulling an all nighter .

 

This happens to me ALL THE TIME, and it's frustrating because I'm a coder, and whenever I think of a new idea for my site I want to get it coded right away. But usually when I think of my brilliant ideas I'm already too tired to do any more coding.

 

That too! It's the worst. I can't concentrate on sleeping anyway, so I have to turn on my computer to get the idea done.

Being a webmaster is no easy task!

 

I get them in the shower.

I can't even lie I get my best ideas for my websites in the shower, for some reason it's easier to think.

 

That's even worse! I'd have to grab a towel and run all wet to get typing on the computer. I'd need a waterproof keyboard.

 

I get some good ideas while still in the sack sometimes. I wake up and don't really want to get up in a hurry so I think about what I plan to do and what I did the day before. Sometimes I get ideas like that.

I wake up before everyone in the house so sometimes I sneak to the office and work on the ideas a bit before the house wakes up, it happens a lot actually.

 

This happens to me all the time, I try to write them down when I can.

 

This happens to me as well. I jot down all my ideas in my phone for when I get up in the morning and have some coffee. I don't know why but it happens to me a lot. I thank myself for writing down all the ideas though and giving me some fresh ideas for the morning/afternoon.

 

I am the exact same and I normally drop my sleeping time just to somewhat put the plan into a document.
