What permission? Can't anyone just buy vBulletin 5 and get the beta to install? It's not like your demo was the only one out there, and you're just as much of a customer as anyone else.

Edit: Why not just run the standard beta rather than the private builds?

The beta I downloaded (14) was from a special link for beta/alpha testers.
I should of made this clear in my request to vB.
The public beta (11) at members.vbulletin.com is what the public is shown. I'm guessing beta 14 will be released next week; we'll then turn the forums back on. The beta team gets the releases at the same time as the Q/A team as well as a few others I think, they aren't meant for public usages. I know a few others beta 14's were said to be public in my vb.com thread, I'm not sure if they will remain public after this has been made "clear" to the beta team. I don't want to break my DNA and worry about getting sued; I know I'm drumming interest for vBulletin and generally in a public way especially if we'll be fine next week.
I was having login issues on beta 11, a few members were able to sign up but couldn't login after. I as the admin couldn't login to the forums but could login to the admincp just fine. This wasn't an issue on beta 13 or beta 14. Also I know I don't want to make those who had signed up to test, sign up again.

So in short, we now wait :(

    *update*

our demo is back in place and 100% legal :)

    enjoy

I see the vb5demo has been updated to beta 13 and the forum actually looks like a forum now

I need to figure out how to kill the activity stream on my install, I really think that looks like crap tbh.

nvm, I figured out how to remove the activity stream

I've updated this again and the bbcode is still messed up
I may do a new install to see if it helps.

Well since I upgraded my demo, I can't use the sitebuilder
I just get an error when I click it, so I'm going to clear that site off and upload a new site tonight after work to see if it'll work like it should for me.

I've setup the latest install on a new directory and I'm going to keep the blog as the home page.
The new Forum URL is here http://vb5connect.com/bb/

I've imported those users who had signed up, but I didn't worry about the test post.
