At what point are you added to the active user group?

How many posts does it take? I apparently heard it was ten quality posts, but is this still the case? Is it twenty or thirty or even fifty posts now?

Just wondering.

 

There is a thread around here, probably linked from the rules but it x post and x days to get in the active group.

I wouldn't worry about it, its all automated and accounts will be promoted when the requirements are met.

UPDATE: I just reached Active Memeber status - what features exactly have I gained access too? Aside from Private Messaging memebers and the right to a sig is there anything else?
