When Click New Post Many Pages of Thread will Appear

help me how to do in my site like this

if you click NEW POST,

many number of pages of thread will display.

what i'm going to do? please help me

Are you just asking on how to change the pagination? (the "1,2,3,4,5,6......55,56,56,58 last" part)
