Have you found any sites yet that retain the old style? I know FP's doesn't have the theme

Shame, it would be awesome to see how crappy some sites used to be. :P But, seeing old content is cool too

Yea I agree. The full site will only display if the sites still have the files of the old styles, and images on their server, but if not it will show in stripped down white pages.

I've played w/ Wayback before, but I spent an hour last night looking back at my first site in it's infancy. Made me miss the old days and how things were. And I miss some of those people.

When I moved to the network my site/forum is now a part of, I gained a few benefits, but lost some of the character and uniqueness we'd achieved as a community. Sometimes, looking back makes me regret the changes. But it's been much better financially for sure. So, probably a fair tradeoff.

I know I removed my community from the index years ago(when I was younger) but Google share has come along way.

their bot has to crawl your website, it does not automatically visit every time your site changes...

Haha I have already done it with both phpBB, MyBB, and vBulletin. Was fun to see the beginnings of such great software.
