Just mentioned this on Twitter, but I've realized how much I prefer XF's style of releases. It makes perfect sense to keep third-point releases (x.x.X) for bug fixes, second-point (x.X.0) for new features, and first-point (X.0.0) for major updates. It seems weird for vB to introduce a whole new feature in a seemingly random update number such as 4.1.4...but I guess that's their prerogative.
