Paid Services on your forum/website?

Do you offer any kind of paid services on your website? I was thinking of offering official forum software services here on AdminBB such as XenForo, MyBB, vBulletin Installations, upgrade, convert, upgrade etc. services.

 

I once tried to offer a modification installation service for people who used the IPB software. I found out very quickly that people want mods installed but they want it done for free.

I know offer my services as a writer, mainly sponsored blog posts.

 

Yeah and I need an upgrade from MyBB 1.4, sounds like a great idea and loads will trust you - VOUCH for Kaiser.

 

Yea its very annoying, people cant expect to have anything for free unless they are a close friend and what not.

One of the biggest obstacles to selling anything online is establishing trust with potential buyers.
However, you already have instant credibility as the Admin of AdminBB, so that's a step in the right direction. You come across as very credible and knowledgeable about these things. So, it should be an easy sell convincing others to buy your services.
