Whats your thoughts on members double posting? Do you discourage it, allow it or have any rules in place for it? Here on AdminBB we do allow double posting, but thats only after 24 hours. I think that is a fair enough rule.
I don't mind double posting as long as it's within a reasonable time scale and is constructive to the thread (not spam). Any frequent abusers get warned, but of course any loading troubles causing double posts to occur will be accommodated and not punished.
Yes, I forgot to mention, loading troubles do cause alot of accidental double posting, but thats okay as its not intentional.
I agree with Ashley.S. I don't mind double posting as long as it's a reasonable time scale and is constructive. If it's spam, the member gets a friendly PM about it, but if they continue to do so after being told not to, they get a warning for it.
Thats reasonable, if members double post before the 24 hour limit I just give them a friendly PM reminder. Usually works.
