3 offers to buy AdminBB - Too bad not selling :P

Well believe it or not this month I got 3 offers to sell Admin BB, one of the people who wanted to buy Admin BB already has a very big Admin Forum which opened around 2009. But its very much dead and thats why he wanted to merge Admin BB into his forum so that he could bring it back to life, and wanted to hire me as an Admin to work for him. I was pretty suprised as his forum is very well known and very big, but its just sad that its dead.

And I also had two other people which wanted to buy Admin BB, the latest request was yesterday. Just letting you guys know I would never sell Admin BB, its my baby

 

If you don't mind me asking - what forum was this?

Ahh. Whoever it is should work on building their community - and drive members to it, instead of merging. Hardwork = pays off, and it shows.

 

I agree, you were pretty amazed right at which forum it is? I work hard to make AdminBB what it is today, so im not going to merge into a dead forum, and help it out, and at the same time loose my hard work and my community to someone else. Its not too late for that other Admin Forum, im sure it can get things going if the admins try.

By the way 10 million rupees would be a very low amount in dollars, im guessing it would be 2 or 3 million as dollars.

When a forum is dead, its an admin/his/her staff members fault, nobody to blame. I just don't see how that owner could contact you when they have a lot more content to work with. LOL

 

I could see why.. because his forum is dead. Content dosent matter if your forum is as dead as it gets.

 

I probably know which forum it is, and it is sad that the forum died the way it did. Had the original staff been back there, it'd probably be alive again.

 

Im sure its not too late for that forum if the admins try, which they aren't.

Yea, someone tried to buy me out, and I turned it down but PH is looking to buy out smaller hosting companies, to expand our client base, etc.

well why not? it's a good way to expand your member/client base, but has to be done right or it could backfire
