How many daily log ins does your forum get?

My community was experiencing lag issues for the past week, so the count went down, but currently we're averaging 125 to 140 daily log ins - and we haven't paid for advertising - our community is growing from word of mouth, and search engines.

How about your community? How many people log in daily?

 

I would say about 50 logs if not more.. It used to be alot more, but hopefully it will get higher.

Since The beginning of april when I returned back to AdminBB.

 

Very nice - are you actively marketing or anything? I know a good idea would be to advertise/promote on Digitalpoint - or are you using forum signatures to promote?

 

Yep thats one way, but Im not fan of DP, its just too big to enjoy... posts go unheard they get so many.

 

Ya, I've been a member of their community for a while - they average a ton of posts/day. I remember when Sitepoint's community used to be more active than DP's, then DP blew them up in due time.

 

Which one opened first, do you know? Im guessing SP.

 

Sitepoint opened first. DP's forum opened as a support system for their tools, and now its the largest webmaster forum online. Sitepoint has 4 million posts, DP has 14 million and more members. It's a shame really because Sitepoint's community has always had more quality posts, where DP has a ton of fluff posts.

 

Yea I dont see much quality posts at DP.. its really not much of a Community as people just use it to mostly sell things and what not.
