Yup if this one is gone, theres a very good chance so will the other one, and then outta this vbulletin will be the one to have suffered, and instead of trying to ruin xenforo, they have actually very much helped with advertising and getting xenforo more known.

 

But Internet Brands would not have won either way. The reaction over there was incredibly negative, so this lawsuit (the California one) was kept private. Besides, should they have won and deemed this forum illegal, would you really want to go back to them?

 

Good to hear that the silly lawsuit has been deemed...well how to put it...silly!
