XenForo vs vBulletin an Animated Skit

Found this funny vid on youtube, if you know whats going on between xenforo and vbulletin then you should understand this vid.

I wouldn't be too sure about that. I think the guys at xF have a little more respect for IPB than the guys at vB. What I'm seeing is xF and IPB taking ideas from each other and making it unique in their own way which is improving the software and good for me (I'm a customer of both ). I don't think anyone looks at vB for inspiration these days.

 

Gotta agree with that, the lawsuits are crazy, xf has nothing in common with vb, more with IPB like you said.

But yeah. IPB in one sense likes XenForo since it's legitimate competition and also Kier has a good relationship with Matt, and they do talk to each other and such. Matt actually blogged about Internet Brands and their lawsuit and how it related to something he actually experienced with Ikonboard.
