Thank you for your support on this project, Brandon. I really appreciate it. Anyone who reads the book: I'd love to hear your thoughts. Please feel free to post them here at Admin Talk. I'm subscribed to this thread, so happy to answer any questions, as well! Thanks again, Patrick
Wow! I think I have found an answer to so many of my queries and doubts. I have just now downloaded the PDF and do hope that I would find it great. I am ill and at home since 2008 and do keep myself with small website development assignments. Though these are not regular. I have been trying my hands with forums too and plan to come up with a forum sometime in 2013. I do hope that the guides on the PDF would help me make some money.
Thank you for picking it up, SimplySidy. I believe it will be helpful to you and will help you to gain a deeper understanding of the options that exist for forum monetization. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks, Patrick
I just downloaded it and run a quick scan. It is a good book. Thanks, I will be looking into it in details.
Wow. Thanks ProSportsForums. That is extraordinarily kind of you to say. It means a lot. Thank you, 2dub, for checking it out, as well. Patrick
I've been a fan of Patrick's since long before he became famous. I started my first forum with phpbb and phpbbhacks was still new but I went back repeatedly to find new hacks. At the time the phpbb forum admin had a bit of a chip on their shoulders when you asked about making changes but Patrick did not. Is there a hardcover version in the works? I like to put things on my shelves.
Thank you for your kind words and long term support, bigbigfan. That means a lot. I know what you mean, I love to have books on shelves, too. Unfortunately, there is no print version planned. We've discussed the possibility of maybe printing some up to give away at conferences, etc., but part of my agreement with Skimlinks is that it won't be sold. Not to say it will never happen, but it is not planned. I'll keep your feedback in mind though if that should become a possibility. Thanks again, Patrick
