I play softball. 16 inch and 12 inch. Up until last year I played in an over 40 hardball league. I was a pitcher and after shoulder surgery for a torn rotator cuff I quit. Now I play first base on 3 teams playing 4 nights a week.

Swimming.I love swimming.I'm a distance swimmer (1500m in the pool, anything more open water!).Swimming is a sport that is not natural to everyone. Walking, running, biking, all of these are quite easy to master, however, it takes some coordination and stamina to learn how to swim and to top it all off, before we improve our swim technique, we all have a different swimming style based on our physical ability which makes it that much more challenging.

I used to play pick-up football games as a teenager with my buddies, as we didn't have a football team at our high school at the time. We called ourselves the Kezar Falls Football League. It was fun. And it was good quality football.

As a high school student, I played baseball in the Babe Ruth League.

My team was one of the worst in the league. And I was one of the worst players on my team.

    But it was still fun.

You're never too old. Old is only a state of mind.

In that case, after having run forums for a dozen years I must be at least 150 years old mentally. ;)

I am a cycling addict... I mainly road bike but I also mountain bike and rail-trail ride as well. I usually road ride 30-120 miles at a time. I lost 100 pounds in 3 months because of cycling. Cycling has made me fit again :) A little joke I say... I am probably wearing spandex more than anything else during any year - that is how much I bike haha. Last year, I rode about 2,000+ miles altogether, this year I am working at 5,000 or more miles. The cold winters kill me though... I cannot handle cold and this past winter was a b-word! I try to run then because I can get hotter faster when running.

When I played pick-up football games as a teen, my friends and I would sometimes talk about our chances of making it to the NFL. Yet none of us had any talent.

    LOL

As a kid, one time I was the goalie in a soccer game during gym class. I did a pretty good job, I must say.

I don't like to play sports. But I like to make money on it. I like sports betting. Although sometimes winning in a casino is much easier. I usually play online slot machine games no download and it is very easy. But winning depends on luck.
